- High school diploma or equivalent or higher
- Previous office experience preferred
- Experience working with students preferred
- Experience working with the public

- Working knowledge of general office practices
- Proficient in keyboard skills
- Skills in operating general office equipment
- Ability to maintain accurate records
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to file information accurately
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff and general public
- Ability to use basic computer software programs (i.e. PowerSchool, Microsoft Office, Google, etc.)
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
